When we receive your booking, we will reserve a place on the course for you, and send you an email confirming the details. You must pay in full before you attend the training course. We will send you an invoice, which explains the different ways you can pay and where this is to be paid. Places are allotted on a “first come, first served” basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Joining the Course and Lateness
Courses normally take place at a local community venue. The location will be confirmed on the course advert and in the booking confirmation email. Please arrive promptly on or as close to the start time. If you do arrive late, it will be at the trainer’s discretion whether or not to allow you to join the course.
Cancelling your Booking
If you can’t attend the course, please email email@example.com so we can make your place available to someone else. You may be entitled to a refund, depending on when your email reaches us:
If it’s more than 10 working days before the start of the course: we will refund your payment in full.
If it’s 10 to 7 working days before the start of the course: we will refund 50% of your payment.
If it’s less than 7 working days before the start of the course: we will not refund your payment.
Changing Your Booking
You can change the named person attending the course, or transfer your booking/payment to a different course date, at no additional charge once within a six month period.
