Filing Deadlines

There have been some changes to the filing deadlines imposed on registered companies as follows:

Financial statements which begin prior to 06/04/2008. i.e. year end date prior to 05/04/2009
|
10 months from the end of the accounting period
|
|
Financial statements that start on or after 06/04/2008. i.e. year end date on or after 05/04/2009
|
9 months from the end of the accounting period |
There are penalties imposed by companies' house for late filing so please file within the deadlines set.
Please remember, if you are a charitable company with an annual income of more than £25,000 you will also need to send your accounts in to the charity commission.
