The LSP Board Meeting was held on Thursday 3rd December 2009 at County Hall, Beverley.
Noted items:
The Local Area Agreement refresh and review will include 7 new indicators. Review to be conducted in January and the agreed refresh will be submitted by 12th March 2010.

Local Area Agreement Performance Quarter 2
There has been a 10% increase in the number of children taken into care in the East Riding over the past 18 months.
Nationally, there has been a 40-70% increase.

The Resource Advisory Group has been awarded a green flag by the Audit Commission as part of the ongoing Area Assessment process

The Duty to Involve document came into effect in April 2009 and applies to Local Authorities and contractors. There is an opportunity to involve Local Action Teams and Citizens Panel in the process.
