Whether you are a new group or a well established group, we can help with the following:
Annual Accounts Preparation
We can prepare your annual accounts in a way that complies with required legislation.
Independent Examination of Accounts
We can act as Independent Examiners for your charity or
charitable company - there have been some recent developments with regards the Charities Act 2006 and the Companies Act 2006 which enables both charities and charitable companies with
income under £500,000 to have an Independent Examination rather than a full statutory audit for all accounting periods
starting 01 April 2008. For accounting periods starting prior to this there are different rules but contact us and we will discuss your requirements.
Training
As well as running group training sessions we also offer one-to-one training and support tailored to your group.
General financial advice
We are available via e-mail or telephone to answer any finance related queries that you may have - no query is too small. If we don’t know the answer we will either find out or sign-post you to someone who does.

We can give an in-depth review of all of your financial systems and report back to you on the strengths and weaknesses of your group. We will also suggest ways that you can improve the
systems and give support as required to enable you to do this.
